This was my Master's capstone project at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, Berlin (2024). I took full ownership of the project as its manager, building the timeline, allocating resources, maintaining documentation, and providing regular stakeholder updates throughout the cycle.

The project was delivered 100% on time and received a Grade A. Every phase, from scoping to final submission, was tracked and documented, giving me hands-on experience running a creative project from brief to delivery.
